What have you learnt this week from looking at the mark scheme and peer assessing previous work?
This week we looked at the mark scheme of our course work from that I found out that all the level from one to four have similar requirement. As all of the level are similar I have learnt that just the smallest detail making sure that all the things on the mark scheme can make a big difference to your grade. It had to be a British social realism aimed for British 16-24 year old. It had to be the first two minutes of the film. To make it a British realist you have to include the right type of music making the scene feel more like British realism. From watching previous works I have seen that credit have to be included at the start. The area doesn't have to be nice and it had to relate to the target audience. From looking at the mark scheme we the gave a rating to peoples previous work and rated it out of 60. Below is the mark scheme that we used to rate them.
How will this impact on your production?
This will impact on my production as I will make sure I include the right type of music for my scene. As it is a British realism I will make sure that area of shooting the scene is a rough looking place and it production that some people can relate to.
What will you try to avoid?
I will try to avoid a short storyline where the audience will not understand what is happening. I will make sure that shot are not let for too long also. From watching the other videos I will try to avoid the camera from being too wobbly even though it does not have to be the best quality shooting as it British social realism.
