The 180 degree rule was used in our short video. It was included in the part of the video where the Boss was talking to the Agent about a bomb that had been planted in the Headquarters and it had to be diffused. We had to make sure that the boss was on the left had side at all time and the Agent was on the right side of the camera. We done this successfully making sure that the 180 degree rule was not broken at all during the conversation. We used this to shot so the audience can see both of their reaction while they are having the conversation also for the audience to connect with everything that happening. As we done this right it didn't look like they was put in the wrong position. Rule of thirds was also used in our video that we done. The rule of thirds was used when the agent was in classroom with the Boss.
This creates reference points which acts as guides for framing the image. We used this shot when we done the running scene with the agent. This is when the rule of thirds worked best. When the agent was leaving the room we made sure the Boss level was right so it looked like the Boss was looking at the door. Match on action shot was the shot I was most proud of during our video. We used this shot when the Boss
opened the door and we filmed the door from behind then the shot cut to him waking through from the other side. We found this shot very effective as it showed the shot from different positions. We also used this shot for when the Agent jumps down the stairs. I think that it was a successful shot as it looked really professional as it flowed really well.

The challenges we faced started off with when we had to re film parts of the film the actors had to make sure that they was wearing the same clothes. When they didn't we could not shoot as it would not look the same. Also we had to make sure that all of the actors was free on the same day. Also we faced during the production is the some of the filming didn't flow and things were different from each shot. So if we can change it I would make sure that all the shot are the same as they were before. An example of this is on one shot the agent half was holding each other. On the next shot the agent hands were in different positions. This did make the edit look as good so that the reason why I would change it if I could.

Overall the strength of my work was from when the Agent leaves the room and all of the running part of the video. I believe that this part of the short movie flowed the best and it looked really professional. The match on action shot came out really effective and I think both of the match on actions shots worked really well. It showed the action for a different position and it flowed. I think the layout of the running scene was very creative as me done some high shot and done shots from different height making it more interesting.
Overall the weaknesses of my work is the end of the storyline. I think this could be my weakness as people because it can get very confusing and I don't think it was edited very good and it could of been done better. Also because we shot during a couple of days for the hall scene, the hall looked a little bit different. So from that the improvement that I would change is at the end add my dialogue so the audience can understand it more and it would make more sense. I would just improve the ending and other than that I would keep it the same.
